Labour
Although the term may be regarded as 'politically incorrect' Labour is still the term commonly used to describe Human Resources and in its broadest sense represents the human activity involved in all construction processes, whether directly employed by a contractor on site, as a design or other consultant or as an expert employed by the property owner.
In the CCS labour is considered a simple Product, being either purchased (by performance or on a time basis) or hired (usually on a time basis). As such, labour will be found throughout the CCS as a component of the various entities.
